President
I have been involved in the design and construction management of all types of commercial and industrial buildings since 1971.
After graduating from Texas Tech University in 1971 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and serving on active duty as a commissioned officer in the U. S. Army, I worked for several architectural firms and was involved in the design of a wide variety of project types across the United States.
In 1977, I joined the Vantage Companies in Dallas, Texas and over a period of 26 years grew from a position of design architect to president of Vantage Construction Management, Inc. During that time, my project experience ranged from the design of single story garden office buildings, project management of major high-rise structures in urban areas and complete design/build responsibility for large manufacturing and distribution centers.
I am a member of the American Institute of Architects, Texas Society of Architects, Dallas Chapter-American Institute of Architects, and the Construction Management Association of America. I am a registered architect in the State of Texas and am certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
I recently served as chairman of the City of McKinney Buildings and Standards Commission and am active in the Stonebridge Area Action Committee.
After purchasing the assets of Vantage Construction Management, Inc. in 2002, Don Hodges and I founded Cymcor, Inc. and Cymcor Realty Services, Inc. We believe that we are now positioned to provide the services that our clients expect and deserve. Please do not hesitate to call us if you have any questions or if you would like to discuss the wide variety of services that we offer.
