The Principals of CYMCOR managed this 72,000 s.f. regional repository complex for Quality

Lease & Development, L.L.C.  It was designed and constructed to house the Western

Archeological & Conservation Center of the National Park Service and contains office

facilities, conservation laboratories and environmentally controlled storage facilities for

the long-term preservation of approximately five million artifacts.  It is 100% NARA

compliant and meets all security and blast protection requirements established by the

U. S. Marshal's Service.  Designed by Smitthipong & Rosamond Associates (Tucson, AZ)

and constructed by Sundt Construction, Inc. (Tucson, AZ), the project was completed 3

months ahead of schedule.
