CYMCOR, Inc. provided comprehensive development management services for this regional ministry center - the scope of work included

the design and construction of a new three-story office building with a chapel, a cafe/bookstore, a conference center with movable partitions,

a prayer garden and a three-level parking structure.  CYMCOR was also responsible for managing all of the tenant leasing activities for

the 28 Christian ministries that occupy the facility.  The project was designed by Good Fulton Farrell Architects and was constructed by

the Beck Group.  The groundbreaking for the project was held in September 2008 and the project was completed in February 2010.
