The Principals of CYMCOR, along with Taisei Corporation

 and The Bechtel Group, managed the design and construction

of this ten-mile high speed oval test track on a 12,000 acre site

northeast of Phoenix, Arizona.  The facility includes a dirt track,

a cornering course, a hill-climb course and a drag strip for

testing prototype and existing production automobiles.

Structures built on the site include an office building, a

shop/maintenance building, a gasoline refueling station,

a car wash, five water wells, sewage treatment facilities,

and a reception/security station.
