Windsor Housing 

Abilene, Texas

The Principals of CYMCOR managed the rehabilitation and

reconstruction of this abandoned 1902-era Hilton Hotel

into housing for elderly citizens of Abilene, Texas. The work

included asbestos abatement, reconstruction of all historical

elements and public spaces on the first and second floors as well

as demolition and reconstruction of all of the housing floors

on the upper eight floors.
