THE CYMCOR STORY

Our unique name is derived from the Latin words assimulare meaning to assemble or bring together and coordinaire meaning to coordinate or organize, in proper order.

The name CYMCOR was selected to describe our methodical and organized approach to the program management, real estate development, and construction management services we offer.

Our experienced leaders step in to streamline planning, design, and construction processes, ensuring clear communication. George Cooley

Co-Founder

In 2001, together with Don Hodges, George purchased Vantage Construction Management, Inc.  and renamed the company CYMCOR. They commenced operations on January 1, 2002.

With a career in the construction and real estate that spans 35+ years, Don Hodges has held a range of positions including field engineer, estimator, and project manager. He gained experience in commercial and industrial construction at general contractors and commercial real estate developers with national exposure.
