This project included the renovation and historic restoration of this abandoned thirteen story Hilton Hotel built in 1920 (second in the Hilton chain).  The upper floors of the building were converted into housing for senior citizens and the lower floor (lobby, ballroom, etc.) was restored to it’s original design.
