Phase I of this project included the design & construction of a new 100,000 square foot corporate headquarters and distribution facility for this manufacturer of industrial lubricants. Phase II included the renovation of the existing 24,000 square foot office building into a state-of-the-art research and development center and quality control laboratory. Phase III included the upgrade of the existing 100,000 square foot lubricant manufacturing building to comply with current building, fire and environmental codes. The plant remained in operation throughout the renovation without any negative impact to production.
