Atlanta 2 Data Center Campus
This mega data center campus covers 625 acres. Planned campus capacity totals 500+ MWs. Construction is currently underway.

URWLD
New construction of an adventure center that offers 15 unique activities, including rock climbing, ice scaling, diving, caving, surfing and more. Most of the activities take place inside the structure, where there are also food and beverage service available. CYMCOR provided construction management services.

Denver Data Center Campus
This data center campus spans 67 acres. The planned critical campus capacity totals 177MWs and features access to major fiber providers. The project was completed over several phases of work that included site work, new construction and renovations.

San Antonio Data Center
This data center campus covers 37+ total acres and is known as one of the most flexible, efficient builds in the region. The facility totals 90 MWs of critical power capacity. It was completed over several phases of work that included site work, new construction and renovations.
VA Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP)
This 88,000 SF industrial building houses an advanced and automated order fulfillment and mail center for the U.S. Veteran’s Administration Outpatient Pharmacy.
Eilan Mixed-Use Development
Designed with a Tuscan influence, this mixed-use development offers walkability and resort-level amenities. The upscale property includes apartments, office space, retail and a hotel. Elements include a three-story, 800,000 sq. ft. podium parking structure, six-story residential buildings and a 10-story boutique hotel with a restaurant, spa, fitness center, indoor pool hot tub/area, tennis courts, and an outdoor resort-style pool area that includes a main pool, hot tub, pool bar, and cabanas. The Trolly Barn houses Eilan’s trolley car and Central Chilled Water Plant, which serves the hotel, podium, and residential buildings.

Hope Center
This project involved the design and construction of an office building & conference center for 48 Christian ministries. The building contains an international radio broadcast center, a 24/7 call center, a central data center for all tenants, a full-service cafeteria, conference center seating up to 800 people, a small chapel, 135,000 square feet of office space, a three level parking structure and a prayer garden.

Lovers Lane United Methodist Church
The original new formalist building was designed by Thomas Stanley & Associates and is a historical landmark with several architecturally significant details. This project included a variety of modern enhancements including construction of a playground for elementary age children and students of the connected Wesley Preparatory School. Phase II included the construction of a connector building with administrative offices, a new 350 seat chapel with a custom pipe organ, a new parking lot and the renovation of a two-story classroom building. Phase III included the construction of a playground for teenage children. Phase IV included the construction of a prayer garden and columbarium.

McKinney Green Building
This project was a 61,800sq. ft., three-story office building that achieved LEED Platinum certification. Building features include an on-site fitness center, private balconies, and several energy and water conservation features. The building uses 60% less energy and 30% less water than a typical building of its size. The project serves as a prime example of how commercial office developments can be compatible with good stewardship of the environment.

Tucson FBI
This project was a build to suit privately-owned facility leased to GSA for occupancy by Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Western Archeological Conservation Center
The Western Archeological and Conservation Center (WACC) is the repository and conservation laboratory of the National Park Service (NPS). Built in 2003 to NPS specifications, the WACC building houses and curates nearly 14.5 million objects specimens and archives from at least 71 parks in 8 states. WACC preserves this valuable part of America’s heritage, and makes it accessible for public research and appreciation through its conservation work.
WACC is dedicated to the preservation and study of museum collections within the Intermountain Region of the National Park Service. The Repository encompasses an archival collection containing over 160,000 photographic images, maps, archaeological and ruins stabilization field project documentation, administrative histories for National Park Service areas, and numerous other related historical and anthropological collections.

Brandt Engineering Corporate Headquarters
This renovation project transformed a warehouse building into a new corporate headquarters. CYMCOR provided project management services for the project, which included meeting areas, workstations, exercise space, and kitchen area. This adaptive reuse retained over 80% of the existing walls, floors and roof. It totals 73,695 sq. ft. of office space, 47,705 sq. ft. of production space. The building incorporates energy-saving technologies such as the use of cool roofing materials, natural day lighting strategies, the use of water efficient, native and adaptive landscaping materials, rainwater harvesting, a solar water heating system, and the use of a thermal well system for air conditioning. The water-efficient irrigation and rainwater harvesting features helped this project achieve LEED Gold Certification.

Belmont Corporate Headquarters
This project includes a 44,000 square foot Versailles-style office building, a 12,000 square foot dining pavilion and an underground parking structure for a real estate developer and investor. The exterior of the building is constructed of Texas limestone, custom mahogany doors/windows, lead-coated copper trim and slate roof.

Dallas Firefighters Museum at Fair Park
The mission of the Dallas Firefighter’s Museum is to collect, preserve, and present the history and cultural heritage of the Department, to honor its fallen heroes, and to provide fire prevention, protection, and all-hazards life safety education to the public, especially children.
Phase I of this project included the replacement of doors/windows and restoration of the building elevations facing the two public streets. Phase II included the restoration of the remaining building elevations, removal of overhead power lines and replacement of the sidewalks, equipment drives and landscaping.

Whitmore Manufacturing Expansion
The expansion included a new office area, production area and warehouse for a total addition of approximately 100,000 sq. ft. Additional site improvements include a roadway, fire lane and truck parking.
Phase I of this project included the design & construction of a new 100,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters and distribution facility for this manufacturer of industrial lubricants. Phase II included the renovation of the existing 24,000 sq. ft. office building into a state-of-the-art research and development center and quality control laboratory. Phase III included the upgrade of the existing 100,000 sq. ft. lubricant manufacturing building to comply with current building, fire and environmental codes. The plant remained in operation throughout the renovation without any negative impact to production.
Mary Kay Cosmetics
This U.S.-based global manufacturing, research and development facility is located in Lewisville, Texas. The Richard R. Rogers (R3) Manufacturing Facility – named in honor of the company’s co-founder, executive chairman and son of Mary Kay Ash. The facility supports the global cosmetic company’s needs in producing skin care products, color cosmetics and fragrances for millions of Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants in nearly 40 countries.
