Matt Murray

Managing Partner /
Project Director

As the construction data analytics specialist at CYMCOR, Matt specializes in estimating and cost control with a strong emphasis on visually intelligent communication. With 19 years of experience, he has built a robust background in preconstruction, estimating, contracting, and procurement.

Previously, Matt was the Director of Preconstruction for a national general contractor. He is passionate about improving initial budgets and ensuring alignment with owners' project requirements. Whether utilizing Integrated, IPD or CMAR delivery methods, Matt is committed to helping owners achieve their ideal balance of quality, cost, and schedule.
